Obviously, since Bise is the escort for district eight and Surah is the mentor, there's some sort of relationship there. They could be buddies or something, since Bise is pretty friendly with most people.

But I adore Surah (and his face claim. BBT ♥), so I'm going to try. Um, in terms of personality, they're akin to oil and water. I'd imagine that, if she ever met him, she would find him irritating and intolerable, yet be envious of his ability to seem so unruffled despite having been in the Games. She'd never tell him that, though, and wouldn't admit it to herself either (she's made a habit of lying to make herself feel better). So it's safe to say that they probably wouldn't get along under any regular circumstances. Yet, his brilliance will intrigue her, and so she might still talk to him just to listen to what he has to say — even though it's probably not always useful.
