While, on occasion, Pulcher can come off as the interesting crazy guy who's entertaining, he's also the type who can easily flip out at any moment. While he's not violent, he's volatile. His delusions can come off as cute, but in reality they borderline disturbing. It also doesn't help that due to his six years of isolation at a young age, and the recovery time, he's not learned the proper way to present oneself to others. Stemming from the aforementioned inability to properly interact with others, he can say rude things. It's hard enough to get close enough to be Pulcher's friend let alone his lover. He believes in no gender boundary, yet he values a relationship over lust. For him, sex is a disturbing thing thanks to his delusions, and he'd really rather not partake in it. I think these two would either clash or get on slightly, maybe we can get away with both, maybe they could be like frenemies, Grey could like his art and one moment they're getting on well and then suddenly they clash a little and fall out a bit but then later on it's like nothing happened and Grey's back to admiring his art? If you've got any ideas i'd be happy to hear them, this is just what was going through my mind.

That sounds about right. xD Pulcher's definitely the kind of guy who's a bit difficult to get on a good solid ground with since he's suseptable to flipping out. The only way they'd probably meet is when Grey was searching for sponsors or something of that nature, maybe at one of Pulcher's showings. -le shrug-

Yeah, actually Grey lives in a victors village and well he's not like the kind of person who likes the typical style of those buildings, his tastes are a bit more gritty and soulful so he simply could have been looking for something a little different to put in there.
