i made tribute banners!

heyy! so i got bored one night and decided to make these tribute banners just for the heck of it. so i thought, 'hey i should post these' cause i didn't know what else to do with them. so i did! xD i did the best i could with the play-by pictures and all, it was fun. xD i know that some districts are missing tributes, therefore i just used the old tributes since they aren't taken yet. once and if they are i will probably just redo those one day or other idk (d1, d3, and d11). well i hope you all like them!

thanks! xD well, i just used pixlr.com. easy online image editors. i'm not exactly a graphics nerd, but they are fun to make!
