So the two of them would have known each other for a long time, mentoring and all. Although they wouldn't get along that well as friends sometimes and existing better together simply as fellow victors, Stefan would see her as a figure in his life that he wouldn't want gone, since Artemis would be the closest thing to a long-term relationship he believes he'll get.
If they were ex-lovers, it would make for a much more interesting plot, methinks. Stefan is generally untrusting and hateful. Pairing that with Artemis' paranoia, and we have a destructive relationship where they sort of stay overly dependent on each other for while. After they break up, Stefan would retain feelings for her, bordering on the friendship that's built up over the years and longing.

STEFAN: i imagine artemis would see him in a similar way. she's become somewhat withdrawn from everybody but victors tend to be able to pull her out of her shell a little due to her understanding that they're the only people that really know what she's been through. so while there might be some bitterness from time to time, she'd certainly value him as a friend.
a former relationship also sounds great! concerning her mental stability, i think she'd benefit from him being a sort of security. after they realise it's rather destructive, she'd agree that they shouldn't be together in that way but she'd probably also have some residual feelings.
as a footnote, i've assumed that stefan would have been her mentor despite having only won four years before her, either from being the only mentor left (not sure what the situation is with stefan's former mentor, if he had one) or from mentoring the girl as his former mentor took the boy.

i think there can be a good relationship between them. i think they could be good friends but there is a need of twist in their friendship. Hmm. How about they could be friends with benefits? Since they are both into male and both looks nothnig like a stereotype. that could be a good plot between the two of them.

i think Fefe could be a great frenemies with them. i think that the three of them are like all badass and Fefe would want to be the top bitch so she would be doing such bad talking ot the both of the, especially to Eupraxia. Siobhan and Fefe can be like friends but they know that they don't like each other? Haha. I'm just trying to create tension.
PALAEMON&&XIA
i think they would really get a long and xia would be like a little sister to her? since they are somehow similar in personality and it looks like Palaemon can support Xia's dumbness with his great attitude.

Sounds good. Maybe Stefan's feelings sprouted due to the fact that Artemis won, and he felt somehow possessive of her. xD But all in all they just have a very messed up relationship. :)

artemis and...STEFAN: all sounds great and logical.  eupraxia and...FEFE: eupraxia can't stand people bitching, at least not about her, so if that would be in fefe's nature then i can't see her being too fond of her. that said, eupraxia rarely acknowledges anyone that isn't as famous as her unless they're asking for an autograph, and even then it's only to make herself out to be nicer than she is, so it wouldn't be strange for her to just blank fefe. hyperia and...FEFE: hooray for backstabbing friends! :L hyperia loves any excuse to be a bitch so i wouldn't put it past her to 'befriend' people she dislikes purely to entertain herself. jasper and...DARREN: aaaah, james franco, omnomnomnomnom. jasper would be straight into his bed without a second thought. friends with benefits sounds amazeballs. palaemon and...XIA: friends it is! they both seem to be genuinely nice people so i see no reason for them not to get along. i imagine palaemon to be quite smart but he wouldn't think anything negative of xia's dumber side, seeing it as cute if nothing else.

Ohhh. Then that would be better since Eupraxia would be jealous of her fame and would want to know what's even good with Eupraxia. And Fefe will try to converse to her and would get irritated as she only ignores her.

DARREN: rather than go for the conventional home visit, could a meeting in jasper's mother's shop after it's closed be plausible? as a fashion designer, i imagine she'd have a back room of her own that she uses to make prototypes in and jasper could easily persuade her to let him use it when the shop shuts at the end of the day to try some designs for the upcoming games. as for darren, they could either have planned to meet for one reason or another or else jasper was expecting noble's stylist to come by to collect some materials and darren was sent to get them instead?

She's grown angry and bitter from the Games (and the many things that came after it), but she just might find Cadmus' tale of an owed debt moving. She won't do much about it, though, because she's sworn to remain indifferent. However, she could have maybe dropped in to say goodbye and good luck, because her life is indebted to someone who died in the Games as well and she might know a little of what he's going through. Sorry, I'm not very good at offering up plots xD

[/i][/font][/size][/color] Obviously, as he's a Mentor and she's an Escort for the same district, these two kids would know each other! I noticed you said about how she'd have a good enough relationship with the Mentors etc, but I think Rufus might be slightly trickier as he can be quite blunt and forward. At the same time, because he's quite depressive and obsessive, she's probably seen that over the few years she's been en Escort and has noticed, so that could go in some direction maybe - like she's always had to get him up and working the crowd after one of the Tributes has been killed etc - he'd need some motivation to get going and she seems like the type to do it! As she doesn't actually like the Games (maybe he's noticed this about her?) he might even have a little inspiration to put up with her, although as they're both the forward type I can see some fantastic arguments and a kind of love/hate relationship going on! Particularly if she tries to take charge if she thinks he's not doing things right (most likely at the interview/sponsor stage, he's not a great communicator!) So yes, let me know what you think!
